ABOUT Me
Hello, I’m Bianca - a fully accredited and experienced CBT therapist based on the south coast of England in Chichester. Although based in West Sussex, video call platforms give me the ability to see my patients from all over the UK and beyond. I have 9 years experience in treating common mental health problems including Depression and a range of anxiety disorders.
On a personal level I live with my husband, our one year old son, and our miniature sausage dog, Rolo. They keep me on my toes! Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends and rural walks; exercise is a true release of tension for me. When I do get the chance, I appreciate a good book to read in front of a log burning fire too.
I primarily and proudly work within the NHS, and have treated hundreds of people from all different walks of life. In recent years wait times can be extensive, and we often find that challenges faced in mental health, if not treated, can worsen with time. Getting support faster ensures a speedier route to living life the way you’d like to; happier and healthier.
Owing to my life experiences, I have a special interest in working with people who have experienced recurrent miscarriage and/or fertility difficulties.

MY APPROACH
Getting to know you comes first. We discuss what the main problem is, and what you would like to get out of therapy. We then make a plan on how to achieve this together.
I sit alongside you in your difficulty, not opposite you. I will support you to find a way to move forwards and improve your health and wellbeing. You are in control at all times, and it is your therapy. If there is something you do not wish to change, or discuss, then that will be respected.
